BeeEPiC Outsourcing provides virtual assistant services for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales support. Clients can choose from different pricing options based on the number of callers and hours.
4. Payment:
Clients are required to pay the specified hourly rates based on the monthly pricing they qualify for based on setup fee payment selected.Payments are to be made in advance.
5. Refund Policy:
Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy (below)
6. Service Cancellation or Pause Notice Requirement
The Client agrees that in the event of a cancellation or temporary pause of services provided by BeeEPiC Outsourcing, a written notice must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the intended date of cancellation or pause. Failure to provide this notice will result in the Client being liable for payment for the services scheduled within the two-week period following the notice, regardless of whether the services were used.
7. Confidentiality
BeeEPiC Outsourcing agrees to handle client data with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
BeeEPiC Outsourcing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a message or other content. "BeeEPiC Outsourcing LLC" reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.By sharing or submitting content or material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant "BeeEPiC Outsourcing LLC" a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, assignment of the right to use this content or material in all virtual assistant services that we use to provide our service.
