Welcome to BeeEPiC Outsourcing’s Caller Services. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our virtual assistant caller services.The below parts is the general terms and conditions used and guaranteed by "BeeEPiC Outsourcing LLC".

2. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these and conditions set forth below you are legally bound to abide by the terms and conditions hereunder. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. 

3. Virtual Assistant Services:

BeeEPiC Outsourcing provides virtual assistant services for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales support. Clients can choose from different pricing options based on the number of callers and hours. 

4. Payment:

Clients are required to pay the specified hourly rates based on the monthly pricing they qualify for based on setup fee payment selected.Payments are to be made in advance. 

5. Refund Policy:

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy (below)

​6. Service Cancellation or Pause Notice Requirement

The Client agrees that in the event of a cancellation or temporary pause of services provided by BeeEPiC Outsourcing, a written notice must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the intended date of cancellation or pause. Failure to provide this notice will result in the Client being liable for payment for the services scheduled within the two-week period following the notice, regardless of whether the services were used.

7. Confidentiality

BeeEPiC Outsourcing agrees to handle client data with the utmost confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeeEPiC Outsourcing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a message or other content. "BeeEPiC Outsourcing LLC" reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.By sharing or submitting content or material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant "BeeEPiC Outsourcing LLC" a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, assignment of the right to use this content or material in all virtual assistant services that we use to provide our service. You grant "BeeEPiC Outsourcing LLC" the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content or material if they elect to do so. 

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or any other policies or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

11. Service Cancellation or Pause Notice Requirement

The Client agrees that in the event of a cancellation or temporary pause of services provided by BeeEPiC Outsourcing, a written notice must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the intended date of cancellation or pause. Failure to provide this notice will result in the Client being liable for payment for the services scheduled within the two weeks following the notice, regardless of whether the services were used.

Visitors may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is legal and not (obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable), and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam".You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post or submit; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify "BeeEPiC Outsourcing LLC" or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply.

REFUND POLICY


1. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of cold calling, all sales of caller services provided by BeeEPiC Outsourcing are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any virtual assistant services purchased.BeeEPiC Outsourcing caller terms and conditions and refund policy supercede BeeEPiC Outsourcing VA and EA service terms and conditions. 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Given the nature of our BeeEPiC Outsourcing ‘caller services’, which involve time-sensitive tasks and dedicated resources, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. 

3. Non-Refundable Services

All virtual assistant services provided by BeeEPiC Outsourcing, including but not limited to outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting, are non-refundable. Once a service is purchased, the transaction is considered final.
